National Geographic March 1976
This is a picture of my father. While I was searching the internet for this particular issue of National Geographic that my father was in, I found it had been posted on a tumblr site, forages.tumblr.com. I was so happy when I found it. Thank you Forages!
Two Little Old Ladies
Two little old ladies from Berlin,
Decided to go out for a spin.
Forgetting to brake,
They plummeted into a lake,
And now they reside therein.

How Do I Loathe Thee?
How do I loathe thee, let me count the ways.
When I see you standing there smiling at me,
I regret that I did not run away and flee.
When you open your mouth and I hear you speak,
It disgusts me so much that I just want to shriek.
When I look at your face it makes me so sick,
I get a deep yearning to smash it in with a brick.
When you try to get near me it makes me quiver,
I long to knock you down and rip out your liver.
When I see you laying there sleeping in our bed,
My inner voice tells me to sever your head.
I loathe thee immensely I can no longer wait for the day,
To see you drop dead and your corpse rot and decay!
With these ill feelings I must now cut out your heart,
And into the darkness your soul will depart.
I have loathed thee for so long and in so many ways,
Good riddance poisonous thorn and a Happy Valentine’s Day!

Two Belligerent Brothers
Two belligerent brothers from Salt Lick,
Tormented their sister with tricks.
Making her shout,
And kick all about,
She bludgeoned them both with bricks.
